Is the web site you create for me, mine to keep?
Yes, once you have fully paid for my services, the site is yours to do with as you wish.
What if I need a change to my site?
Please contact me. If I've already worked on your site and this is your second or more visit, you'll get a discount!
There's something not working with my site, what should I do?
Before you send in your last payment, you must go through your site. Although I will try to do a thorough check through of your site, I would like all my clients to go through their own site to check and make sure everything is visible and functioning. Once you have paid for your site in full, any responsibility on my part is null in void. If something needs to be fixed, I will do it on the discounted hourly price.
How do I pay you?
There are two ways to pay, either through PayPal, or by check. The choice is up to you. Your total payment can be broken down into smaller payments if you do not want to pay in full. You can either pay after each part of the site is complete (e.g. after the sketches are complete, mock up, etc) or it can be broken up into sub payments of $100 or $200. This will be covered and discussed prior to the creation and signing of your contract.
Is it necessary to have a contract?
Yes. I will not create a site for you if there is not a contract. This not only protects you, but myself as well. It makes sure that you've been given everything that we've agreed upon and that I have been paid everything that we've agreed upon.
Do you design MySpace accounts?
No. Only personal and business web sites only.
Would you design a pornography site?
No adult sites, no matter what it's about.
What if halfway through I decide I don't like the design?
If I've already designed most of the site and you want to change the design, you will have to pay for the site that has been designed and begin payment on the second. This will be included in every contract.
What if almost to halfway through I decide I don't want a site either from you or at all?
You will have to pay for the site as is. There's a Kill Fee included in your contract. If during the sketch period to nearly half of the site is complete, you will have to pay between 40%-50% of the projected price. If after halfway point to the completion of the site, you will have to pay 80%-100% of the price.
The final price is different from the estimate, how come?
The estimate is based on the average time to create a site or to do a certain section. For example, if I estimate the time to sketch up a final idea as 10 hours, it could take longer or shorter depending on how quickly it would take you to decide. I try to estimate as close as I can to the final price. If it is in anyway dramatically different than what I gave you, I will let you know to see if it is okay with you prior to me working on it.
